Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 31, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Unbelievable Facts Publisher ("the Publisher") accesses, processes, uses, stores, shares, protects, and deletes information when using supported publishing APIs.

1. Private single-operator service

The Publisher is a private automation tool operated by a single authorized creator for the creator's own channels and Pages. It is not a public service for unrelated third-party users.

2. YouTube / Google data

The Publisher uses YouTube API Services and Google OAuth authorization. Use of Google-related features is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy.

The Publisher may access or process the minimum information necessary to operate the YouTube uploader, including the authorized channel identifier and channel name, OAuth authorization tokens, creator-supplied video metadata, YouTube video identifiers, and upload or processing status.

3. Facebook / Meta data

When the Facebook integration is enabled, the Publisher may use Meta Platform APIs and an authorized Facebook Page access token to identify the authorized Page, publish creator-owned media, and confirm publishing results.

The Publisher may process the minimum information necessary for that integration, such as the authorized Page identifier and Page name, access tokens, creator-supplied post or video metadata, published media/post identifiers, and publishing status.

Use of Meta services is also subject to the Meta Privacy Policy.

4. How information is used

Information is used only to authenticate the authorized operator, verify the intended destination channel or Page, publish creator-owned media, apply creator-approved metadata or publishing settings, prevent accidental duplicate publishing where supported, and confirm publishing results.

5. Credentials and passwords

The Publisher does not request or store the operator's YouTube, Google, or Facebook password. OAuth tokens and Page access tokens are stored as protected automation secrets and are not intentionally exposed publicly.

6. Storage and sharing

Limited operational metadata may be stored in private automation repositories or workflow records. Information is shared only with service providers necessary to operate the Publisher, including Google/YouTube, Meta/Facebook, and the automation hosting provider. The Publisher does not sell personal information or API data.

7. Advertising

The Publisher does not use YouTube API Data or Meta Platform Data for behavioral advertising, profiling, or sale to advertisers.

8. Retention, revocation, and deletion

The Publisher retains API-derived data only for as long as needed for the disclosed operational purposes and applicable platform requirements. When authorization is revoked or retained platform data is no longer required, associated authorized data is deleted as soon as reasonably possible, subject to applicable legal obligations.

Detailed revocation and deletion instructions are available on the Data Deletion Instructions page.
