Terms of Service

1. Service

Unbelievable Facts Publisher is a private creator-operated automation client used to prepare and publish creator-owned media to the operator's own supported social-media channels and Pages.

2. YouTube

Use of features that interact with YouTube is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, applicable YouTube API Services Terms of Service and Developer Policies, and applicable Google policies.

3. Facebook / Meta

Use of features that interact with Facebook or other Meta services is subject to applicable Facebook Terms, Meta Platform terms and policies, and applicable Meta privacy and developer requirements.

4. Authorized use

The Publisher is intended only for the authorized operator. It must not be used to publish content without authorization, misrepresent account ownership, circumvent platform restrictions, or violate applicable laws or platform policies.

5. Content and publishing control

The operator remains responsible for all uploaded media, titles, descriptions, captions, privacy or visibility settings, Page selections, and other metadata submitted through the Publisher and retains final control over what is published.

6. Privacy and deletion

Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy. Revocation and deletion procedures are described in the Data Deletion Instructions.

7. Availability

The Publisher may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Platform APIs may also change independently.

8. No endorsement

The Publisher is independently operated and is not sponsored, endorsed, or operated by YouTube, Google, Facebook, or Meta.
